The City of Vancouver received an application to rezone 730 Raymur Ave from the I-2 Industrial District to the CD-1 Comprehensive Development District and to amend the Official Development Plan. The proposal includes a 25- and 22-storey mixed-use rental building with a three-storey podium, 436 units, ground floor commercial space, arts and culture space, a private childcare facility, a floor space ratio of 6.0, and building heights of 78.56 m (258 ft.) and 69.39 m (228 ft.). A community information session is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm, at the Russian Hall.
