The applicant proposes a 12-storey mixed-use office and institutional tower at 10270 University Drive containing ground-floor commercial retail space, Simon Fraser University medical school, childcare and office space. The proposal includes a Development Permit and a Development Variance Permit that reduces the required parking rate for university use to 0.22 parking space per Full Time Equivalent student and allows parking on offsite SFU campuses.
